Hybrid Federation · October 13, 2026
A public partner listing is more useful when visitors can inspect its evidence. Hybrid Federation provides an independent verifier for exact website origins, with corresponding membership records and signed history in Hybrid Explorer.
Check the address and the current approval
The browser validates a signed response against the requested origin, a fresh challenge and an expiry time. The check can establish an active operator-approved ecosystem relationship for the exact address shown. An unlisted subdomain or similar-looking domain does not inherit another website’s membership.
Approvals can expire or be revoked. Verification responses last at most 90 seconds, so visitors should repeat a check when they need a current result. A copied badge or screenshot does not replace verification of the address in the browser.
Read membership and ledger evidence separately
The signed registry and publication history establish the operator’s recorded approval. A ledger commitment is a separate form of evidence, with its own verification and finality status. A valid membership signature does not, by itself, establish that a publication is finalized on the blockchain.
At the time of this update, native anchoring remains pending for recent membership publications. Explorer reports the status of each record. Pending or unavailable ledger evidence must not be represented as finalized proof.
Understand the limits of the relationship
Membership does not guarantee a website’s security, certify every transaction, establish a regulatory licence or demonstrate a live sister-network integration. Any separately approved technology relationship must be read according to its own scope and evidence.
Visitors can use Verify partnership on the Federation partner cards, open the independent verifier directly, or browse ecosystem records in Hybrid Explorer. The new membership guide explains these checks and their limits without requiring an account.
About Hybrid Federation
Hybrid Federation is the governance and coordination layer of the Hybrid ecosystem. It provides signed membership verification and invited-member administration, with private service configuration and reviewed agreements. Infrastructure connecting independent sister networks remains planned.
