An active operator-approved relationship for the exact HTTPS origin shown in the result. Where an approved scope is recorded, the result identifies the application or service and the Hybrid technology it uses. A subdomain or a similar-looking domain is not automatically covered.
Authorization and technical evidence are different
A Powered by relationship identifies an approved technology relationship. It does not by itself establish a white-label licence or prove a live deployment. The result explicitly separates the approved scope from entitlement and technical assessment; unassessed claims are not shown as verified.
Compare the address, not just the badge
A website can copy a badge or link to another partner’s genuine record. Compare the verified domain with your browser’s address bar, or use “Open official website” in the result. This check does not certify every page, transaction, or security property of a partner’s website.
