PRESS RELEASE / SERVICE UPDATES

Private service configuration and reviewed agreements in Hybrid Federation

Authorized members can configure services, discover permitted offers and request reviewed connections while commercial terms remain private.

Updated

The Federation member workspace supports private service configuration and reviewed agreements between participating organizations. Service delivery, payment execution and settlement require separate integrations.

Discover the services available to your organization

Providers make offers available to selected member organizations. Members can review eligibility and request a connection by accepting a particular version of the terms. A jurisdiction match alone does not activate a service; provider acceptance and independent Federation review remain required.

Keep commercial decisions with the right parties

Providers define their services and provider pricing. Federation administers its separate network fees. Commercial terms, conditions and agreements remain restricted to authorized participants. Scoped publishing agents can prepare configuration, but cannot approve agreements or grant execution authority.

Preserve the version without publishing its contents

Approved offer versions retain private snapshots and opaque commitments. Prices, conditions and counterparties remain private. Chain publication is pending integration; receipt recording and verified ledger finality are separate states, and pending evidence must not be presented as finalized.

Invited members can open Service network in the member portal. Core service drafts are a starting point for provider review, not a declaration of approved tariffs or live sister-network connectivity. Structured negotiation and automatic acceptance remain future stages.

About Hybrid Federation

Hybrid Federation is the governance and coordination layer of the Hybrid ecosystem. It provides signed membership verification and invited-member administration, with private service configuration and reviewed agreements. Infrastructure connecting independent sister networks remains planned.
