Hybrid Federation · October 20, 2026
Hybrid Federation has introduced guided onboarding and agent-assisted drafting in its member workspace. The update helps authorized representatives describe their organizations, prepare sister-network and service information, and manage private commercial offers through a consistent setup process.
The new tools build on the Federation’s existing Hybrid-ID sign-in, organization permissions and service review workflows. Representatives can prepare information in stages, return to saved records and update their configuration as their organization’s requirements change.
One guide, from organization profile to ongoing management
The seven-step guide covers organization details, sister networks, the service catalog, qualifications, offers and pricing, people and agents, and a final review. Members can follow the sequence or open the section they need. Organizations that receive services can skip provider-specific sections.
- Edit organization profiles and confirmed operating countries.
- Record multiple sister networks and describe the services associated with them.
- Prepare qualification references, intended recipients, country conditions and provider pricing.
- Review saved information and open the existing tools for access, agreements, negotiations and ongoing policy management.
Progress reflects saved records rather than manually checked boxes. Missing information remains visible, and the workspace warns before unsaved edits are discarded. Each form is saved separately; moving to the next step does not submit or approve a service.
Draft with an agent, review as a representative
Draft with your agent is available in the organization, sister-network and service configuration forms. Members can copy or download a brief containing selected form fields, use it with their existing agent, and bring a structured draft back into Federation for review.
The workspace compares the current and proposed values before the member reviews and confirms the changes to apply. Applying a draft fills the form; saving remains a separate action. Briefs are not sent automatically, and members can inspect the information before sharing it with their agent.
The drafting flow excludes account details, credentials, signing keys, infrastructure endpoints and permission controls. Imported responses are checked against the fields and limits of the relevant form. Status, linked networks, fees and approval settings remain outside the drafting flow.
Clear responsibilities and private commercial terms
Authorized members can view organization profiles within the Federation workspace. An organization’s administrator can edit its own profile, while global Federation administrators can manage all organizations. Private network configuration, commercial terms and other restricted information retain their separate access controls.
Providers define their own service pricing, while Federation administrators configure separate network fees. Offers remain available to their permitted recipients. Members can propose different provider fees, customer countries or conditions through private negotiations; a provider’s response requires fresh review and acceptance.
Saved configuration is distinct from service activation
The guide supports preparation and ongoing management. A completed profile or saved offer does not establish regulatory authorization, connect a sister network or enable transaction execution. Service delivery and settlement require separate integrations, and the existing provider, recipient and independent Federation review requirements remain in place.
Approved offer versions retain private snapshots and opaque commitments without making their commercial contents public. Publication of those price commitments to the chain remains pending integration; this update does not claim finalized blockchain evidence for commercial terms.
The update is available to invited members through the Hybrid Federation member portal. Representatives can select Guided setup in the sidebar or Open guided setup on the overview, then return to the same guide whenever their information needs updating.
About Hybrid Federation
Hybrid Federation is the governance and coordination layer of the Hybrid ecosystem. It provides signed membership verification and invited-member administration, with private service configuration and reviewed agreements. Infrastructure connecting independent sister networks remains planned.
